For your well-being and peace of mind, some of our Copa Clubs are temporarily closed

In an effort to minimize the spread of COVID-19, as a precautionary measure, we have decided to temporarily close some of our Copa Clubs.
We will be announcing the reopening of the Copa Club through our official communication channels including our social media accounts.

Privacy and comfort in an exclusive area

At Copa Airlines we understand that business doesn't wait for you while you are traveling. This is why we provide you with the facilities you need to comfortably conduct your executive affairs. Plus, it gives you an exclusive area where you can relax and rest.

Your safety is our priority, we want to share the measures we're taking in responde to the coronavirus at our Copa Club:

• The use of mask is mandatory to our customers and staff at Copa Club. We will provide you with faces masks in case you need them.
• Disinfection carperts for shoes at the entrances.
• Disinfection of seats, handles and toilets
• Placement of hand sanitizer dispensers at key points.
• The use of the elevator is limited to 2 people or family.
• Separation of seat to keep the physical distancing of passengers in the room.

Amenities:

• The snacks will be in packages.
• Coffee station (self-service).
• Touchless water dispensers.
• Simplified bar with canned soft drinks, wine and beer.
• Temporarilly disabled areas:

  • Storage room

Currently, we count with five Copa Clubs where you can access the comforts and the quality service we offer which are much needed to make your waiting time in the airport, a pleasant experience.

The following passengers are eligible to enjoy our Copa Clubs by showing their boarding pass for an international flight departing on the same calendar day:

• Business Class passengers and/or ConnectMiles PreferMember Gold, Platinum and Presidential members traveling in Copa Airlines. Platinum and Presidential PreferMembers can access any Copa Club with their immediate family members (spouse and children under 21) ​
• Star Alliance Gold status passengers on international flights with Star Alliance member airlines.
• Passengers traveling in Business Class or in First Class on international flights with Star Alliance member airlines.
• United Club members have access to Copa Clubs when they are traveling in a Star Alliance flight and are entitled to one guest who is also travelling in a Star Alliance Flight.
• Priority Pass and Lounge Key cardholders. Entry is limited to three (3) guests per cardholder (older than 2 years).
• Passengers who purchased day passes at the club.
• KLM and Air France passengers traveling in Business Class on KLM or Air France flights. Only applicable to the Copa Club in Panama.
• KLM and Air France passengers who are Flying Blue members with Flying Blue Platinum and Gold Elite Plus traveling on KLM or Air France flights. Only applicable to the Copa Club in Panama.
• Aeromexico Premier passengers traveling on Aeromexico flight. Only applicable to the Copa Club in Santo Domingo.
• Iberia Plus Elite or Infinita passengers traveling on Iberia flight. Only applicable to the Copa Club in Panama.
• Diners Club and Lounge Pass cardholders
